Last year, it was decided to reduce the number of members on the Managing Committee from ten (10) to eight (8) and any five (5) members present shall constitute a quorum. In this connection, the motion below was presented at the AGM in 2017 and was approved by members; however, the Registrar refused the amendment arguing that same was not specified on the Agenda of the AGM in 2017. Therefore the motion will have to be presented again at the AGM this year and each member will be required to vote for or against the motion. Voting by proxy is allowed for those who cannot attend the meeting – they just have to fill the proxy form below and send it back by return mail.[/cs_text][cs_text class=”cs-ta-center”]

Article 5: MANAGING COMMITTEE

    1. The association shall be administered by a Managing Committee composed of ten (10) members to be elected every 2 years at the Annual General Meeting.

    5. Any six (6) members present shall form a quorum for a meeting of the Managing Committee.
